Please join guest chefs Eddie Alvarez of Morelia's top-rated Cielo Cocina Fusion, and internationally recognized P'urepecha chef Rosalba Morales Bartolo, for the best feast of this summer. Eddie's own father was the first to open a sit-down Carnitas restaurant in Morelia, with full service and bar, so this is not only a favourite of Frida - but also a family tradition in Eddie's family!
Complimentary side dishes to be served with this main course will be made by Eddie and Rosalba. The setting will be casual, with tents, tables, chairs and covered area in the charming gardens of Casa Werma.
Fundamento Vinicola, El Generalisimo, Casa Tarasca Spirits, Cerveceria Maestra and Moctezuma Chocolate will be on site, selling their artisan wines, mezcals, beers, charanda and hot chocolate! Drinks are not included in the dinner price.
